As far as i know, Nepalese communities are also planning to file Motions appeal in Department of Homeland Security, and Attorney Dilli Bhatta is helping them to draft Motion. One of the community leaders Sanjaya Thapa told us they will file within couple of weeks. Now, Just wait and see.
