I haven't meet a single Bhutanese people in US, but I really feel good about them today.

They are tragic example of generation lost in our time, I saw them coming, saw news about them. Saw how geopolitics screwed them, saw a guy who was kid when comming in nepal and became old. Saw a kids born who didn't know what Bhutan is and still nepal and we neplease refuased to accept them as nepali. Nepal and Nepalese so happy to bring on billions of dollars in their name, but neither they use it right way nor they try to integrate them in Nepal even for those kids born in Nepal. And finally when time came bunch of Nepalese were ready to call themself refugee or ready to marry refugee to migrate to western countries. This is no less then epic drama movie, with geo politics, failure of Nepalse people and policy maker, easy recipes for decades of radical war which didn't happen, greed of INGO and westerns to show how much of humanitarian they, even though they couldn't push india to take action to give their right back, and greed/indifference of neplease to other human kind. i can't imagine what will it fells like to forcefully loose own identity, at least happy that second gen will have better oppertunity in western country. And most epic scene it we all so happy to get that 1 million cheque from Bhutan, I know we should be grateful, it feels like blood money. I don't know what's going on in the mind of few people who are still in camp.
