When wise congressmen are requesting to the government, there must be something beneficial for us, why ordinary person like you have a problem?You are from Nepal , the country whose economy is highly dependable on remittence, the situation has become like that every household is dependent on their member living abroad. Now You don't give choices to the people - go to gulf countries if you want to earn money. Think in a way your idea can actually help people but not puzzle.
