After an epic failure of dealing with the aftermath from earthquake along with failure to draft new constitution:
I hereby propose, the country previously known as Nepal, now officially be ran by the Indian Government based in New Delhi, India. This will be done via the Hong Kong model where Indian government will "lease" rights to run Nepal as they see fit from Nepali citizens for the next 100 years. After 100 years Nepali citizens will be allowed to vote on the referendum to either make Nepal an independent country or be annexed into India as it's newest state.
Before you start name calling and India hating, with cool heads, think about it for a while.
