Not knowledgeabke of all these labors and coded applications that i have to go through, but had heard about them. So the first step is file labor? How long does it take to get approved? For eg if ky employer files by june fiest week, would it get approved before dec? I think again here it depends. Second, once labor is approved when do u think ead is recieved? Sorry still at work and using mobile version of sajha and its difficult typing . Once 2016 april, i will consider filing h1 as well if former process takes long and i cross cpt timeline.
