There are no RAW in Nepal. All RAW agents are Nepali citizens deeply embedded in Nepali political parties (try presidents, vice presidents, and central committee members), and as high ranking Nepal government officials.

Just like every big brother/nation agents in smaller countries, RAW agents have always been in Nepal and will always be here forever.

When China is about to invade Nepal, India is not going to trust Nepali government officials and Nepali politicians to save us. They are going to trust when they find this information from their RAW agents in Nepali political parties and government agencies.

So do not send RAW agents back to India. We needed these necessary evil.
