I am planing to send $2500 and I have been hearing Western Union is not charging any fee due to earthquake. Any suggestion what is the best way to send it- WesternUnion/ MoneyGram/ AnyOther at current situation??? I checked online MoneyGram is charging $20 fee for 2500. Thank you.
