Update yourself with credible news source not just some dumbass's facebook wall . 800 million is almost 20% of Nepal's annual budget.

Everybody expects the same. The best you can do is raise fund using gofundme and send fund directly to the people on the field. Unfortunately it comes with trust issue with donors.

Problem with non US organization is that people simply don't trust them. You can add facebook to the list. They are matching upto 2 million USD.
