Pickup not moving to the right and driving in the same speed as the trailer could be a major discomfort, but what the camero did is illegal and you can't blame the pickup for the deed of Camero. You can blame the discomfort, not the accident.

You are walking down a narrow path and some guy behind you wants to get ahead but you walk really slow. The guy getting annoyed is justifiable, what's not justifiable is him punching you or pushing you to a ditch. Nobody will say that it wasn't annoying, but the video is not about annoyance but some a-hole pulling a dangerous illegal move and jeopardizing all lives.
