I am starting to see this article shared a lot in facebook. I might some emotional issues, but I disagree with the article...I think the writer should have  titled the  article saying " And if you do decide to go ... Please look at the resources " (which should have been the main focus of the article). How many "well-trained" first aid responder are there in Nepal? Also, does the writer have any idea of the percentage of young people residing outside of Nepal? How many medics/people (from international support) are going to help Nepal? 100,200 or 1000? that's not enough!!!!!! It has been almost 3 days and there are people inside the valley who haven't seen any rescue workers (don't ask about the remote areas).
We can see from previous examples of natural disaster, where money/funds get lost within transactions.
Some of her/his points might be valid. The Writer might have the impression that thousands of Nepali (residing outside) would be going. Let's be real. I don't think so!! So, those of who can/afford to go to Nepal. They should go but with proper RESOURCES and PLANNING. I think even moving a brick would be worth it!! At least, they have the mentality of helping!!
