If Nepalese were black, they would have send a lot more, not only that all the Hollywood actors would have come forward to help. George Clooney would have been the first. When there was earthquake in Japan, there was slow response by US. But, for some other countries such as Haiti, they were very quick to response with huge effort and huge amount.
