This not that difficult, Assuming the last 2 statement are correct.
If Ram knows Shyam does not know her birth day, means her birth day months are not May and June. It is because for Shyam only way to know the month is if the days are either 18 or 19. If Sita had told Ram May or June, he cannot be sure that Shyam does not know because she could tell Shyam 18 or 19 as well.
So the possible months are July and August.
Shyam knows the month after "Ram tells that Shyam does not know". Shyam can know only if Sita told Shyam her birth day as 16.
