This got me to scratch my head for a good part of the day. For those of you who already know, please don't spoil for those who want to give it a try:
Ram and Shyam want to know what Sita's birthday is, but she doesn't have the straight answer for them. She gives them the 10 possible dates:
Bhadra 15, 16, 19
Asoj 17, 18
Kaartik 14, 16
Mangsir 14,15,17
Sita then tells Ram the month of her birthday and Shyam the day of her birthday.
Now folks: for the sake of this riddle, we have to assume here that every one is truthful and the logical assumptions are made to unwind the riddle through the following convoluted statements:
Ram: I got no idea what Sita's DOB is , but I know Shyam doesn't know it either.
Shyam: Before you said so, I didn't know either, but I know now.
Ram: Then I also know when Sita's DOB (except the year) is.
When is Sita's birthday?
