di***guy, if you seperate two times (half hour to 45 min in the morning; 7 or 7:30 pm gym begin time for the evening) ; and do treadmill/cycling or both in the morning (self); do (at LA fitness) weights then boxing (punch bag) and swimming with few friends; (and soa/sauna depending upon time), 1.5 hour cardio is common / do able. My suggestion to you, div***y, watch "fat, sick and nearly dead" documenty while continuing road to six pack. (p.s. Did / has anybody here watched that doc. and been inspired?)
