i love rainbow trout man if u slap me it will grill it but first, i will stuff it with corrander, tomato and onion with the hint of lemon and olive oil. I will then grill it and top with sauce( soya sauce, chilli, ginger, salt and vinegar) served with the roasted rosmarry potato and veg
