Buy a Nice sneaker with full of cushion, add more. You are standing all day long. Dump your soft mattress and get a firm one.
Do the basic back stretch recommended for a week and two twice a day : if it is not helping then think of alternative.
Stop taking too much pain killer : taking too much Acetaminophen may cause stomach problem.
