Mike Chang ko "Insane Home Fat Loss Workout" is pretty easy. Tyesto garho kehi chaina. Just basic workout haru cha, majja le fat burn huncha. Tarra healthy diet garnu parcha, chito ghatnu cha bhaney Strict diet garnu parcha. Daily 20 mins. Really worth it. If you want, i can fwd my diet plan as well. (Hamro nepali bhat daal tarkari bhanda mitho huncha...)
