Throw away all ur junk foods; chips, coke drinks, juices
Try to use minimum sugar for ur coffee/tee, sugarless is the best
Never skip breakfast, drink lots of water
Increase vegetable/fruit consumption and lower cheap chicken meat consumption
Replace white rice with brown rice or whole grain breads
Exercise daily at least 30 min.
With big belly and 195 lbs, running fast might hurt ur knee, so just start by walking/jogging and slowly advance to running after few weeks
Main thing is to increase ur heart rate, playing boxing fast in ur room also helps...
Do not spends lots of time just sitting on the couch, try to do things while standing
