Instruction to make Chicken Choila

Anup bro, "Choila" bhaneko masu lai "Chui" "Chui"(i.e direct aago ma polne) garera banaune haina ra bhanya? bhuteko masu lai pani choila bhancha ra bhanya?
I have seen lot of people frying chicken and called it choyla. Choyla has two part
Choya=cook meat directly in the fire until it turns dark. It's not grilled meat btw.
LA=meat
so ChoyaLA=Choya+LA. That's the choyala I have eaten in Kathmandu not like yours.
