Wishing the same would perpetuate evil; evil changes form but it's the same everywhere. The sad part is that people so easily and almost always identify with their carnal mind and are led by their mind.
Yet there has to be accountability for one's action. Having said that law and order is a joke in Nepal. I once happen to go to a police station in SorraKhutte in Kathmandu, and right in front of me a policeman slapped hard a young man who I guessed was brought for a petty crime. I left with that disturbing thought. That was just a small example. Police in general in Nepal are "to oppress and exploit."
The same thing with these bahadur soldiers, send them to the Nepali borders with India to defend the country from any encroachment by the Indain army. Army is generally to defend the country from foreign enemies, these soldiers have become like "ghar ko baagh"
