Better communicate to her directly and make sure its all over. You don't want to leave the conversation open ended and have crazy ideas like "what if". Its better to get hurt once and then move on rather than hanging with "what if" feelings.

Does that mean - dated each other or dated with other person prior to the conversation ?
From your side, you can also go and meet her personally if she has any interest on you and make it clear. Else, move on. You definitely learned something from this.
