@bichitra.... i like ur this comment " S second regarding compensation in a free world if someome feels she he deserve compensation they can ask or may file for it.Who will pay or they get compensation or not it is different story, but if they feel they deserve they can file or ask for it. No one can stop them. You fail to understand this, where do you live? In north Korea?" and so commenting on.....

You said if someone feels she he deserve compensation they can ask or may file for it. That's true but where, how if there is no provision of compensating in a given scenario? Any one can file for compensation they deserve if the system allows, if the system doesn't allow, how the hell can they file for compensation? That's how u failed to understand in this one.

One excerpt from our nepali news, "प्रबन्धक चुडालका अनुसार नेपाल घुम्न आएका पर्यटकको भिसा अवधि यही बेला सकिएको छ भने नियमबमोजिम लाग्ने शुल्क लिएर विमानस्थल अध्यागमन कार्यालयले एकदेखि दुई दिनको भिसा म्याद थप्ने व्यवस्था मिलाएको छ।". you see this, those tourists who are already victimized by not being able to travel now have to pay for additional visa days if their visa has expired or is expiring in these closure days. Yes of course they have the right to get the visa for free if required since that's not their fault, but how can they file if the system doesn't allow at all? Just going to TIA immigration office and filing a paper saying i should get the visa for free is not called filing for compensation if the officers in TIA immigration throws the paper in trash bin saying there is no system of those thing.

I know people deserve compensation, all i am saying is one can file for compensation if the system allows for it in a given situation. If you are still adamant on your opinion, just show those tourists a way to get their visa for free, or else you proved yourself you live in North Korea.
