Punter, thanks for your reply. I did talk to my lawyer and some Indian colleagues who recently traveled using AP. They all said its not a problem. I am not too concerned about port of entry as people who were out of status and has criminal record can be denied entry in AP, and I do not have those issues. My only concern is immigration officials in Nepal. You know in Nepal they check visa before they let you board the plane. I amn't sure if Nepali immigration officials are familiar with AP document.
