You can chose to find flaws in everything, or chose to learn from the event. You can keep protesting the cops, call them names - why don't you actually start a rally- call for America bandh - that's pretty much all you seem know on how to get anything done. It seems Mindurbusiness can change the law - he might help you out with the rally.

Let's do this, I will tell my near ones not to put their hand inside their pocket when a cop approaches them; meanwhile you just keep blaming the incident on the cops and have your keens approach them with hands in their pocket/ making sudden moves and see what happens.

If you want to discuss it sanely, why don't you tell me what kind of law would prevent this? C'mon take a shot, what would you have the cops do differently? I hated the fact that the cop used a violent mean; there probably was a better way and who knows, some level of discrimination was involved; but can a law really stop this? I doubt it. Hence, all I can say right now is for us to be careful; I will protect my near ones while you stay angry with the cops.
