Thanks@Kalidasbhaisaab. So in your opinion year of experience doesn't matter much while filing PERM besides sampling, luck, company's history etc ?? The only thing bugging me is people usually have atleast 3-4 years of real experience while filing PERM GC and company also sets the required skill accordingly. But in my case I have just 1 year of experience and consultancy have to set minimum required skill accordingly during ad's.
