If USCIS also send back the money order/check of i130, there is no priority date to wait for. You have to reapply i130, get the Notice of Receipt , the date on that receipt is the priority date. Wait for that priority date to be current before you apply i485.

It's natural. Sometime they send back only i485 but sometime both.

It is rejected but not denied. So you can reapply. 

 मेरा सबै documents को किनारा मा स्टाम्प जस्तै हानेका पनि छन्, के मैले रिअप्प्लाई गर्दा त्यहि application submit गर्न मिल्छ? फेरी त्यो स्टाम्प हानेको form मा expiry date पनि छ जुन अब expire हुन आटेको छ / 

I believe the expiry date on the stamp is the time frame within which you can re-apply the same forms correcting what ever was incorrect beforehand (in you case you should resubmit i130 only and not i485). If it's expired, you might need to start a fresh new application. Other expert's opinion might enlighten this one more.....
