I agree with Laure bro, why dharke ji is spending so much his time and energy just to deny equal rights of a Nepali women ? Sometimes I skip paragraphs in your posting, damn its so long and it is so confusing , where is the summary ? I think summary is don't give this right to woman, am I right ?

Dharke ji, rather than denying her rights, let's agree on giving same rights to the women as men but also agree to put all those restrictions and clauses so that nobody can cheat the system. I hope you will use your time and energy and I know you will figure it out with all your intelligence, I will salute you after that ;-)
