I am not just talking about the semantics. What i was trying to say was that the discrimination is not only with upper cast against the Dalits but its everywhere. We have an inter caste discrimination and intra caste discrimination. Its discrimination inside and outside. Its built in our culture. Just because some politician brings in few castes into the umbrella of Dalit and makes everyone else against, it does not justify that everyone is against Dalits.

We can see how better off this girl is with little education, all of a sudden she is perceived little more better looking. If she had more money she would have been respected as well. She she was famous she would have been famous like Reema Biswokarma then she would have been very appealing to everyone as well.

The discrimination is there everywhere but it gets worse at a geometric ration as you step down on the social hierarchy. More poorer, uneducated, and misinformed you are worst it gets. Its our cultural problem and there is just no set of caste that you can label as a discriminator. Every caste "above" one is a discriminator.
