Kiddo, I am pretty sure the command came from somewhere from the "Chain Of Command" and Baburam being on that "Chain Of Command" cannot now justify his actions by saying he is doing this to please his parents.. without answering and apologizing to all of people who were ripped of their rights to perform such rituals.
