A Bank of America check holder wrote me a check of 12 dollars. I went to near by Bank of America branch and I was informed that non account holders will be charged 6 dollars cashing a check. Which is more than a local convenient store , a check cashing or Walmart.
In desperate time : desperate measure applied by Bank of America.

So, it's okay to charge customer for any favors and our commercial banks are not behind.
