This story has been so much skewed with in regard to framing story for green card/USA. . The real issue I see is of "depression" . It would have been probably the same way had he gone to other country. We need to focus on people with depression issue and give him/her a good support system so that he/she feels comfortable and take better care of oneself. May be a networking program to help people who might be affected with such issue could be a good initiative.
