Since when bunking class and watching movie is a crime.
Lots of crime that includes murder,rape,theft etc goes unnoticed.
These kids should mostly be young enough to make decision for themselves and decide what is wrong and what is right.
I feel like there is no prioritization in police work and they tend to skip the important cases on their desk and focus and respond on things where the other party is weak not to raise their voice.
If their desks are clear of all the capital cases and are doing this on spare time , it makes sense to spend time on these kids.
