Company A:
- Worked for 4 + years.
- Enjoyed first 2-3 years with lots of enthusiasm.
- Later got bored due to monotonous nature of the job.
- Did not really get chance to work on new features. Even though i got few, i was mostly buried with additional task on same features etc
- Still love the company. I appreciate what company gave to me and how it shaped my career.
- Moved to new / current company B.
Company B:
- New company, new road maps, projects , responsibilities etc
- Am getting new features to work on and new colleagues for sure.
- Might be with this company for next 4 years and lets see how it goes.
IMO, people should work for a company for 3-4 years and then switch to another one.
