My Wife had to wait for a month to get H4 due to PIMS verification.She had interview on Sep Mid and got visa on Oct 16th 2014.Be prepared to wait for little longer as there was technical issues in CCD DB.

She used to call and send email to US Embassy , Nepal almost everyday but was of no help .

Make sure you take interview date as soon as you reach Nepal.You can fill out form online and pay in any Investment bank branch of KTM.
