Marketing Assistant Job Purpose: Accomplishes business and development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities, implementing innovative marketing strategies and assigning our hard working and talented resources to the clients.
Marketing Assistant Job Duties:
· Updates job knowledge and openings by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations and job fairs.
· Assist the team in recruiting new talents, counselling and monitoring employees.
· Communicating job expectations to our employees and leading them to our clients.
· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
· Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Requirements:
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Highly motivated and organized.
· People management skills.
· Market Analysis abilities
· Previous marketing experience preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications or business preferred but not required.
