If I was in his position I would have asked 100 billion rupees. 

 

His intention were very clear demanding 2 billion because government can not pay and will not pay. The second option for government  is to find the murderer and get justice.
Now home minister sying that there is no evidence: there are still evidence to prove guilty. 

 

Now media is just twisting the Nanda Prasad's sacrifice.
