We can not generalize things about a profession. What we can generalize I think is that in Nepal like every other area the healthcare system is no doubt corrupted.
This is from admissions (donation system), licensing as well as delivery ( for profit practices, hospital etc with little or no oversight about quality of care or cost control/competition).
Just like how complicated and corrupt current system is we can not expect this to improve with few good minded doctors. System needs to change which will take generations!!
