I was into an accident where it was other party's fault, I dont have my car anymore, but I dont have the other party's insurance information yet until the police report comes in which will take weeks. It happened becuase the other driver was arrested right after accident for DUI and no insurance exchange occured.
Now, if I dont have car. So, if I rent a car from my friend, would that be covered by the insurance company later? or it has to be from rental companies like Enterprise, Hertz?
