If we really want to help : we should think of vocational programs , should be launch from east to west.
We the youth , the major back bone of economy are out of county pouring remittance nothing else. Very few of us have utilized the skill we have learned in foreign country.
We have to train people for masonry, carpentry, electrician, tricycle mechanic, barber all these kind of jobs are full filled by Indians and we need to replace by own people. J

While I was working in Thankot, Plan International was giving money to children for their betterment. On their first phase , the field manager kept half of the money in his pocket and half to the parents. Like the maoest cadet : who got nominal money rest went to party and their leader who has a house like Darbar in Maharjgunj.
He got fired and started depositing into bank:In Nepal banks do not accept children's account, it was under parents name. As one of the recipient's father knew the check was sent to Bank came to the office by taxi and awaited for money. Due to discrepancy on name on the list of recipient and the bank account name did not matched in past , tons of money was sitting on outstanding account. He was sent away to take care of the  problem faced in past.  

I mean free money does not have any value as hard earning and it goes down the drain as it comes.
We have to think a little different way, do not give rice but equipped with earning tools.
