Let me ask you the purpose of posting this thread.

Do you just want to express your feelings or are you actually seeking some life changing advice?

Let's say the former first. In that case, let me tell you that no matter how bad it seems, its not the end of the world. A highschool kid was depressed because he didn't have any friends and people were mean to him in HS. He thought his whole life was going down the dark pit. I told him, as bad as it looks right now, there's always going to be so many opportunities to make your life better. Even if you cannot make your situation better at your high school, know that this time will pass. Then you will have a fresh start again at college, then again at your job. It gets easier; but if you just shut all the opportunities in your depression then you will definitely lock yourself in that dark pit. So, the choice is yours. You cannot improve the current situation, but are you going to shut down the future opportunities too? Get strong and anticipate a better future. Prepare yourself for that future and take everyday as learning opportunity to face the future well prepared.

I'd give the same advice to you. Let's say you didn't get any better job here. What's going to happen? Are your friends going to look down upon you? If they are, then they are not your friends to begin with. You will find plenty of new friends in the future. What about your family? Are they going to be disappointed? Maybe, maybe not. Maybe not because you did finish your studies here, so it was not in vain. Maybe, because they took so much of loan to send you here and you took forever to finish and now went back home empty handed. So be it, this is your family. They might be disappointed at first, but they won't be disappointed with you forever. Specially if you start working towards getting better everyday. With the degree you've earned, you might find a job - possibly unrelated in the field of studies but some job nonetheless. You might then move up or start some other business. Opportunities are everywhere, all it asks you to do is look for it. If you just give up right now, it's not going to come looking for yuo.

Now, if the purpose of posting this thread is latter, i.e. you want some advice to make a change, I might have few more advice in addition to the above. But the change has to start from you.
