dont BS my friend....looks like your friend got scammed by the officials and is a big moron.
if he took 32" tv then he paid 32*6000=192000 just in taxes.....HOLY SHIT.....thats $2133 just in taxes.
He must have been a moron to pay that for a tv that cost maybe $600????
