Just spare that poor guy and move on! You will not be happier unless you completely forgive him (and forget him). After all you are also to be blamed on this since you completely failed to know him before taking such a big decision of your life. You had green card and that idiot did not have paper and you should have at least gave a thought on his ulterior motives or tried to find them. May be its a chance for another guy to make his paper and hopefully a true love for you. If you do this that guy will repent someday. It is in his blood, gene etc to use people, and inevitably, these types of people will be caught up on their own Karma.
