Hello All,
I wanted some information regarding labor certification processing time. My fiance has his
H1- B and he started his PERM process. He initiated the labor certification step 4 and half months ago. And we have not heard any details from lawyer yet. I wanted to know the whole process. How long does it usually take? What could be the possible reasons for delay? Would it usually take this long? Any information regarding H1-B and Green Card processing would be very helpful.
