I have been buying almost all the tickets for myself and family from them until few months back. They are being an a** now a days. They over-charge your credit cards. I had to cancel one ticket for one of my friends (bought that ticket using my credit card) because of a medical emergency and they told me they will refund if I can submit a hospital report saying my friend was actually sick. I did send all the necessary documents and called them up. They told me they had talked to Turkish Airlines and I should be receiving my refund within couple of weeks. Couple of weeks pass and I call them, they don't pick up phone, I leave voice message - no call back. I emailed them like 20 times with not a single reply. They used to be nice but not anymore. I will never buy ticket from them again. I deserve to get my $1400 minus cancellation fee which I never received. I am planning to file a case against them.
