I agree on you writing ...

.... felt that it is very important to mobilize your body, do some servicing time and again and of course control the BMI (Body Mass Index is a number calculated from a person's weight and height. BMI provides a reliable indicator of body fatness for most people and is used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems), but in the process we should not forget to love ourselves for what we are and accept our individuality. It is essential to be healthy rather than being unhealthily slim......

I am healthy type too...exercise regularly...infact I just finished my 8k race this weekend..... I eat what I want to eat...life is too short so I enjoy via all my 'senses' , taste-buds being one of them....
