Well I am not an expert or a certified physical trainer but definitely won't recommend that... you might get the result faster but i don't think that's very healthy... "Your body is a 'refuel as it goes machine,' which simply means it needs to be consistently fed to provide energy to live... as I said earlier one big thing is PATIENCE so I would not recommend that... I believe in "slow and steady wins the race"...
