Frequent fart is not good symptoms of cleaner digestive system. Try to use fiber content food like oatmeal, broccoli and whole grain bread, Boiled eggs with yolk is not good for health (fatty and higher cholesterol) and for stomach. @ Nas bro eat couple of egg without bread, you won't have fart on train. Higher consumption of fatty products like cheese, milk, butter (dairy products) and pork are all fart creating products as well as stomach upset. Consume less and see difference. I am writing from my experience not from any read article.
