haku_theblack,
I dont think all your comments are all accurate.
a1b2c3, since you already have a US master's degree your employer(you have to find one) is eligible to apply for H1B(2015 filing deadline is over) next year if you havent done so. The petition is based on your qualification to attain work eligibility from Oct of the year when your petition is approved. I don't know the specifics for your university but if you are enrolled in a school as F1 for nine months, they can apply for CPT provided that you find a job in your area of study.(I recommend you to check with your school about this rule). I know people who went from H4(can't work in US) to H1 but I dont know the name of those employers but there are possiblities. Again, if you havent filed for H1 this year for Fiscal year 2015, the next application you can actually file is for Fiscal year(2016) and if you are approved, you would be able to start working from Oct 2015. You will probably finish school by then(Just basic calculation on my assumptions).
