Honestly, people love to complain about everything, like the writer did since the beginning of the paragraph. " Damn it rained "  "guess it rained all over Nepal"  "Blame it to global warming that we are now having such rain in Chaitra" 

But it can be annoying to hear someone keep go on and on about their problems and thats what the write did till the 7th paragraph.

Surprisingly, at the end,  the writer manage to divert all the complaints towards herself asking two simple questions to readers,  

" Am I Stupid or Am I Smart?"

Brilliant!
