Funny , if it is a real story :)

And, i could not stop myself commenting on this, although it is not related to your main 'humor' story:
"The political leaders were living below poverty line and had no money even to travel on the bus so they used to walk. Not all but most of them. I still remember, one of Nepali Congress’ important leaders asked my dad to pay for his tea right outside my house because he had no money. Manyt years later the same guy got behind bars, proven guilty on bribery and corruption. Sigh!"

This is the story we hear many times thoughout the country. My dad/uncle also have paid/offered tea, meals and travel expenses to the leaders of 'banned parties' those days, but i don't think any of the leaders asked my dad to pay for their meal or tea, especially the party's central leaders. My dad, and i know many others, would offer them help out of respect and there would be a feeling that "यिनी हरु प्रजातन्त्रको लागि घर/परिवार केहि नभनी लागेका छन् , आफुले जागिर छोडेर तेसरी हिड्न सकिन्न , सकेको सहयोग त गर्नै पर्यो नि " | Actually those feelings were based on the true situations, that many of those people could have easily gotten atleast 'sahayak mantra' if they had renounced their anti-panchayat politics, and getting a job as school/campus teacher or even government job would not have been a big deal for them. तर प्रजातन्त्र आएपछि सरकारमा गएर मति बिग्रेर के के भए भए | भबिस्य कसले पो देख्न सक्छ र |
